requires 60 days notice from the next billing period. Data, passwords can not be
copied, given to associates or anyone outside the above named individual
subscriber. Upon termination, subscriber shall immediately cease use of any
Media Communications Group and/or associated intellectual property.
Subscriptions are paid in advance. Media Communications Group intellectual
property is available to the subscribing company only during the subscription
period as a "lease of information". All Media Communications Group property must
be deleted from all computers and storage devices at the end of the subscription
(licensing) period. You agree that you do not acquire any rights in any Media
Communications Group content. You agree to abide by all copyright notices,
information and restrictions contained in any content on the Media
Communications Group Site and any content accessed through the Media
Communications Group Site. You are hereby advised that Media Communications
Group will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest
extent permitted by law to ensure "only licensed subscriber access" and that
"copy downloading" is dealt with severe legal penalty. These Terms and
Conditions shall survive any such termination.
