Fact. Many independent retailes do not take full
advantage of their suppliers' co-op advertising programs.
Fact. In failing to do so, they overlook revenue they
have already earned from making routine purchases.
Fact. Retailers are not alone in their neglect of co-op.
Only two-thirds of the estimated $25 billion in promotional
monies granted by manufacturers each year are used by retailers
and distributors in all industries, according to a recent
national survey. The remaining $8 billion goes unclaimed for
several reasons. Co-op claims are filed haphazardly. Dealer
claims are commonly rejected by manufacturers because the
appropriate paperwork was not sent on time (and possibly not at
all) or was filled out incorrectly. Purchase accruals are
inaccurately tracked. Retailers are unaware of all the coop
programs available.

Communications Group. Media Communications Group SUBSCRIBER
LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION LICENSING TO
NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES, RADIO, TELEVISION.
MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP LICENSEE HAS READ & UNDERSTANDS THE
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE LICENSEE AND ME DIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP.
INFORMATION, IMAGES AND/OR SOFTWARE ON THE MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS
GROUP SITE ARE PROPERTY OF MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP AND FOR
REFERRAL INFORMATION AND INDIVIDUAL USAGE OF IMAGES AND SERVICES
FOR THE SUBSCRIBING LICENSEE ONLY. SUBSCRIBERS OF MEDIA
COMMUNICATIONS GROUP SERVICES ARE LICENSED TO USE MEDIA
COMMUNICATIONS GROUP INFORMATION, IMAGES AND SOFTWARE FOR
BUSINESS PURPOSES ONLY AT A SINGLE LOCATION ONLY, UNLESS
OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITTEN CONTRACT AND SIGNED BY MEDIA
COMMUNICATIONS GROUP.
INFORMATION CAN NOT BE COPIED, REPRODUCED, DISTRIBUTED, STORED
OR SHARED WITH AFFILIATED, CO-OWNED OR ANY OTHER LOCATION OTHER
THAN THE SINGLE LOCATION SUBSCRIBER, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED
IN WRITTEN CONTRACT AND SIGNED BY MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP.
FURTHER, MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP INFORMATION, IMAGES AND
SOFTWARE CAN ONLY BE USED BY THE SUBSCRIBING LICENSEE WHILE THE
LICENSEE IS IN SUBSCRIPTION OF SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE
SPECIFIED IN WRITTEN CONTRACT AND SIGNED BY MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS
GROUP. AT TERMINATION OF MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP LICENSED
SERVICES, ALL USAGE OF MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP INFORMATION,
IMAGES AND SOFTWARE MUST BE ELIMINATED FROM COMPUTERS OR STORAGE
DEVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITTEN CONTRACT AND
SIGNED BY MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP. CHARGES WILL APPLY TO
USAGE BEYOND SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
SUBSCRIBING LICENSEES TO MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP INFORMATION,
IMAGES AND SOFTWARE UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO
OWNERSHIP OF ANY MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING BY MEDIA
COMMUNICATIONS GROUP AND ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE SINGLE
SUBSCRIBING LOCATION AND DURING THE TERMS OF CONTRACT AND/OR
WHILE SUBSCRIBING.
THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT APPLIES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE
WEBSITES CURRENTLY LOCATED AT:
MEDIACOMMUNICATIONSGROUP.NET,
MCGDATA.COM,
MEDIA-PROS.COM, MEDIACOMMUNICATIONSGROUP.CA, MEDIACOM.CO OR
OTHER VERSIONS OF THE FOREGOING, FUTURE WEBSITES AND/OR ANY
INFORMATION, IMAGES AND/OR SOFTWARE DELIVERED VIA ANY STORAGE
MEDIA.
OWNERSHIP OF MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY,
IMAGES AND SOFTWARE IS ABSOLUTE AND SOLE PROPERTY OF MEDIA
COMMUNICATIONS GROUP. USAGE OF ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY MEDIA
COMMUNICATIONS GROUP BY NON-SUBSCRIBERS WILL BE DEALT WITH UNDER
COPYRIGHT AND REGISTERED OWNERSHIP OF PROPERTY TO THE FULL
LIMITS OF THE LAW, NOT EXCLUDING FULL SUBSCRIPTION AND LEGAL
COSTS BEING CHARGED TO THE ILLEGAL USER OF MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS
GROUP INFORMATION, IMAGES AND SOFTWARE. THIS ALSO INCLUDES
ACCESS AND USAGE OF INFORMATION, IMAGES AND SOFTWARE BY NON
LICENSED "AFFILIATE" MEMBERS OF SUBSCRIBING MEMBERS.
MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP PROVIDES LOGIN USERNAME AND PASSWORDS
THAT ARE TRACKED BY IP SOFTWARE DETERMINING ORIGIN OF LOGIN.
LOGINS ARE ALLOWED FROM THE SUBSCRIBING MEDIA COMPANY ADDRESS
AND/OR FROM REMOTE LOCATIONS AS SPECIFIED. IF IT IS DETERMINED
THAT THE PROVIDED PASSWORD ENTERS FROM A NON SPECIFIED MEDIA
LOCATION, AN ADDITIONAL AND/OR SEPARATE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE WILL
BE MADE TO THE ORIGINAL SUBSCRIBER AND/OR NON SPECIFIED USER.
MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP SUBSCRIPTION USERNAMES IS THE
REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE SUBSCRIBING PARTY, THAT MUST BE
AN AUTHORIZED DOMAIN REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS AFFILIATED WITH
THE SUBSCRIBER. GENERIC EMAIL ADDRESSES AND/OR NON REGISTERED
DOMAIN EMAIL ADDRESS LIKE HOTMAIL OR YAHOO ACCOUNTS CAN NOT BE
REGISTERED AS A MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP USER ACCOUNT.
ALL MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP LICENSEES, SUBSCRIBERS OR USERS
OF MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY,
INFORMATION, IMAGES AND/OR SOFTWARE MUST ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF
OUR LICENSE OR REFRAIN FROM USAGE. MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP
RESERVES ALL LEGAL RIGHTS TO PROTECT AND ASSURE THAT OUR
LICENSING IS ADHERED TO UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAW.
COPYRIGHT PROTECTED.
Termination requires 60 days
notice from the next billing period. Data, passwords can not be
copied, given to associates or anyone outside the above named
individual subscriber. Upon termination, subscriber shall
immediately cease use of any Media Communications Group and/or
associated intellectual property. Subscriptions are paid in
advance. Media Communications Group intellectual property is
available to the subscribing company only during the
subscription period as a "lease of information". All Media
Communications Group property must be deleted from all computers
and storage devices at the end of the subscription (licensing)
period. You agree that you do not acquire any rights in any
Media Communications Group content. You agree to abide by all
copyright notices, information and restrictions contained in any
content on the Media Communications Group Site and any content
accessed through the Media Communications Group Site. You are
hereby advised that Media Communications Group will aggressively
enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent
permitted by law to ensure "only licensed subscriber access" and
that "copy downloading" is dealt with severe legal penalty.
These Terms and Conditions shall survive any such termination.
